Special Report!
A fire in a tunnel can have devastating consequences. Difficult to access to control the fire, and even more difficult to escape during a fire, tunnels require the earliest possible warning of any incident. FTLD provides the earliest possible warning by continuously monitoring tunnel temperatures. The slightest increase can be detected and alarms can be set only a few degrees above normal ambient. Alarm set-points can also be easily changed to accommodate ambient temperature changes such as summer to winter.
