A CT²C Skin Temperature Monitoring System is:

CT²C continuously measures and reports the hottest spot along the sensor’s length so you know what surface temperatures are right NOW.

Sensor layouts monitor nearly 100% of the vessel surface, detecting temperature changes as the reaction moves through the system, refractory wear and “hot spots” from refractory failure as small as 1 foot (.3 meters) square.

Defined as a simple apparatus, CT²C is precluded by FM from the need for any other approval in hazardous areas in Europe or the United States.

Economical: Inexpensive Continuous Thermocouple Sensors generate millivolt signal that's easily converted to 4-20milliamps with one of several standard thermocouple instruments.

Provided with a 3 year warranty, many systems around the world have been operating for over 10 years without failure.

See our CT²C Guide to have an Xco engineer contact you about your specific needs.
